LIMITED WARRANTY

 

This Limited Warranty guarantees that your watch movement is free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date you purchased a Ponte Vecchio Time Inc. certified pre-owned  watch from an authorized Ponte Vecchio Time Inc. retailer. This Limited Warranty does not cover the watch case, bracelet, clasp, crystal, crown, stem, damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accident, or any act of god. This Limited Warranty will not be valid if the watch has been tampered with, taken apart or repaired  by anyone other than a Ponte Vecchio Time Inc. authorized watchmaker. Ponte Vecchio Time Inc. is not liable for any compensatory, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of your watch.

 

Please address any warranty service request to the Ponte Vecchio Time Inc. service center at 1 (844) PVT-INFO or by email to James@pvtimeinc.com. You will be issued a Repair Authorization number. When shipping your watch to the Ponte Vecchio Time service center be sure to:

 

•Include the Repair Authorization Number you were given, a copy of your sales receipt as well as a copy of the WGS Certificate.

 

•Carefully package your watch for shipment, which must be double boxed.

 

•Ship via a carrier that can track your shipment and require an adult signature for delivery.

 

•Please include your full name, street address, telephone number, and email address.

 

Please insure the watch for the full value of your purchase price.

 

We will confirm the receipt of your watch by email, fax or telephone immediately upon receipt and when we ship the watch back to you. Please allow 3-4 weeks (from the date of confirmation) for repairs.

 

Please Note: We will not ship returns back to a post office box or rural route. We only ship to a verified address and an adult signature is required. We reserve the right to refund you the purchase price of the watch minus taxes in lieu of repairing it under the Limited Warranty. Additional documentation for international shipments may be required.
